The result is measurable range-of-motion and strength gains before the first heavy lift.

Hormone, peptide, and metabolic protocols are directed by an independent, affiliated medical practice integrated into the platform, not by Hess himself. Every pathway begins with lab work and review by a licensed physician on that practice's team before anything is prescribed. Hess's role is coordinating training around what the medical team approves, keeping the coaching and medical relationships separate.

Elite Access is the always-on layer of coach contact between in-person sessions, not a substitute for them. Training cues, MATrX-informed corrective work, and form checks arrive between visits, on the client's schedule, extending the same standard from the training floor into the rest of the week. It is an add-on for clients already training in person, never a parallel offering.
